Two Year Parts & Labor

True's 2 year Parts & Labor Warranty ensures that your True Appliance will be free from defects in material or workmanship. In the first 2 years of ownership, True will replace or repair any parts covered under this warranty, including labor charges, defective parts or assemblies. Our labor warranty covers standard straight time labor charges and reasonable travel time.

Additional Three Year Sealed System Warranty

In addition to True's 2 Year Parts & Labor Warranty, True warrants its hermetically sealed system: compressor, evaporator coil, condenser coil and connecting tubing to be free from defects in both material and workmanship. Within this time frame, defective compressors will be repaired or replaced with a compressor or compressor parts of similar design and capacity. The 3 year extended compressor warranty applies only to hermetically and semi-hermetically sealed parts of the compressor.
